"It's not who you think you are that holds you back...but what you think you're not."

Apologies to the author of this quote - but I can't remember where I read it recently.

This quote is going to be my 'mantra' for 2003.

Every time I think that I can't do something because.....then I will remind myself of this quote.

YOU have the power.
YOU have the ability.
YOU have control.

All YOU need is to challenge yourself into pushing your boundaries...and expanding your world.

I KNOW that it's not easy...but I know that it's certainly worth it.

Last month I stepped outside of my comfort zone for a few hours. And made $500!

But...more important than the money was the experience...the experience of KNOWING that I can now do something that I feared.

Also - when my mind next tries to put a block on me doing more of the same...it will have a lot less power over me.

So...focus on what you CAN do...and not what you can't. Believe me - it's well worth it!
