The Secret Of Slowing Down Time


Ah...the joy of momentum!

I have spent the last 90 minutes squeezing in three hours work!

It's possible, you know!

How do I know? Well...recently I have managed to 'slow' down time on a number of different occasions.

Just by being totally focused on what I need to achieve.

I make sure that I don't check my emails...answer the 'phone...or even stop 'acting' on the relevant task until its completion.

I can't always manage it, but, boy...when it works (like it did tonight)...you get such a fantastic feeling from it.

Sure - I could have just left the work until tomorrow...but I wanted to go with my gut feeling to get the job done.

Now...I'll have a 'fresh' start in the morning...and will therefore allow myself the luxury of a little time where I can just take it easy...as a reward for a 'good job done'.

Try it. Focus solely on a task that would normally take you an hour or so.

You'll be surprised at how much faster you can do it if you devote 100% concentrated effort to it!
